Your account

Create an account

1. Go to play.worldvault.dev and choose Create an account.
2. Pick a username (3–24 letters, numbers, underscores or dots). It’s what you sign in with.
3. Enter your email. It’s used only to sign you in and to reset your password; it’s never shown to other people or shared.
4. Optionally add a display name (how others see you). It defaults to your username.
5. Choose a password of at least 10 characters, and confirm it.
6. Complete the quick check that you’re not a bot, then choose Create account.

We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it to finish; you’re signed in straight away. The code works for 15 minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, or choose Send a new code.

Note

Each email address can belong to one account. If you want two accounts (say, one for playing and one for running games), use a second address or an email alias.

Sign in

Use your username or your email, and your password. Sign-ins last 30 days and renew while you keep using World Vault.

If you signed up but never entered the code, signing in asks for it; you can send a new one from there.

Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in page choose Forgot your password?
2. Enter your account’s email and complete the bot check.
3. Follow the link in the email. It works for one hour.

Resetting your password signs you out on every device.

Your Account page

Open the menu under your initials (top right) and choose Account to add or change your email. A code goes to the new address first; the change happens once you enter it.

Light and dark

The same menu switches between the light and dark theme. Your choice follows your account to every device.
